This site is about Anguile Bruno, a Gabonese-French Reggae Artist. This is the weblog side of the Artist web site that
you can find at www.anguilemusic.com, but dont go there it's still under construction.
Anguile is my Gabonese name (pronounced Ang - Guee - Lay). I decided to use it as my musician's name. It doesn't mean
much except that it speaks of my ancestors - King Louis Anguile Dowe, even though he was originally an African (black) slave
trader, agreed in 1841 to end the slave trade in Gabon.
By using this name, I am reminded about my ancestors and their past. Being slave traders King Louis and the Mpongwe tribe
(of the Libreville area in Gabon) were not always good poeple. However "King Louis Anguile", forced by the French
(colonial power at the time), ended the slave trade in Gabon. Like him I could be used to end other people struggle some day
(God only knows what).
On this weblog, I will share my ideas and hopes for the future on this weblog and share links and thoughts. I hope it
wont be too borring - but of course if you love the same things I do you should enjoy it.
Africa, Faith (God), Music, Art and Sports (Hockey and Car racing) are my passions in life very close after my wife, children
and my familly. This site will be about all of these things.
Through these web pages, you will find music downloads, pictures, my testimony, an actual Blog where I enter current updates
on what is hapening in my life, news on music and projects I work on, and Anguile's views on things like drifting, hockey,
movies, music, politic, etc.
I am a christian and so I strongly believe in Jesus Christ as the Lord and Savior. But I am also in love with God's great
gift - Life.
I hope to share my joy and faith with you, while remaining real and alive. I accept everyone as unique individuals at
various spiritual level in life and I dont pretend to know it all. I do not belong to a particular denomination and my faith
is based on experience, trials and tribulations. Be assured that I will not preach "Church" to you, but just point
to Jesus and God as The Answer.

BOB MARLEY WAS SAVED BEFORE HE DIED!

of his songs said, "Give us the teachings of his majesty because we don't want the devil's philosophy."
Bob, Tommy recalls, called the bishop of the Ethiopian Orthodox Church and told him "I need to be baptized now".
Just recently Tommy was speaking with the said bishop who described Bob's baptism. At one point he (Bob) cried for 45 minutes
non-stop. His tears wet the floor. And the Holy Spirit came down upon his body and he cried out Jesus Christ three times "Jesus
my Savior, Jesus Christ."
